Goods, Hire Products and Services Disclaimers
With respect to products sold or hired and services (including but not limited to home & business EMF inspection services, remote/telephone consultancy services) provided by EMF Safe, EMF Safe makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, of any kind including their safety and preventative health benefits. In no event shall EMF Safe, its owners, trustees, staff, representatives and associates be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages related to the products sold or hired, advice, opinions or services provided. The purchaser or hirer assumes all risk and liability resulting from use, decisions or actions related to any goods, hire products, services or information provided by EMF Safe.
Rental Terms & Conditions
The Hirer agrees to accept full responsibility for all claims in respect of any injury to persons, loss of productivity or loss or damage to property, arising out of the delivery, servicing, storage, possession, use or failure of the equipment during the hire period whether or not due to the negligence EMF Safe, its employee or agents or any other person and agrees to indemnify EMF Safe with respect to these claims.
EMF Safe detection equipment have levels of inaccuracy associated with them and are designed for indicative field evaluation only. They are not for use in medical, legal, certification or other related applications.
The Hirer agrees to return the equipment by no later than the “post-by” return date specified on the return slip posted with the rental kit. Late returns will be charged at $10 for each day late and billed to the Hirer’s credit card. If the equipment is not received within 7 days after the expected return date, EMF Safe will be deem equipment unreturned and charge the Hirer’s credit card $300 per device.
The Hirer will not allow or permit the goods on hire to be used by any person other than himself/herself or members of his/her family.
All equipment is checked for adequate condition before being sent out. The Hirer agrees to take reasonable care of the goods and not abuse or misuse them in any way whatsoever. The Hirer agrees to return all equipment to EMF Safe in good condition free from all damage or defects of any kind whatsoever except for ordinary wear and tear. If equipment is returned damaged due to Hirer’s negligence or misuse, EMF Safe will charge the Hirer’s credit card $300 per device. The Hirer shall accept full and total responsibility for goods on hire and all risk remains with the Hirer.
If equipment becomes unsafe or in a state of disrepair, the Hirer agrees to immediately discontinue use of equipment and to notify EMF Safe immediately. The Hirer will on no account attempt to repair the equipment without the consent of EMF Safe and will immediately return the equipment to EMF Safe if required to do so. If the failure is caused by reasonable wear and tear and for no other reason including the Hirer’s negligence or misuse, EMF Safe agrees in its discretion, to:
- repair the equipment within a reasonable time;
- make similar equipment available, or;
- adjust the rental charge to compensate.
EMF Safe shall in no circumstances be liable for any loss sustained by the Hirer.
EMF Safe reserves the right to change prices, descriptions, modify, delete or substitute products without notice. EMF Safe is not registered for GST and do not charge GST on all products (including hire products) and services.

This website and its contents, including all information, text, material, graphics and software (“Content”), is subject to copyright. EMF Safe, its suppliers and/or licensors own the intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the Content, unless expressly indicated otherwise on the site. All Content is therefore subject to, & protected by, Australian & international copyright and other intellectual property laws.
